Team 8 is the best! They always arrive on time, greet everyone, and get right to work. I run a family childcare center and the children know the team as the ladies. They enjoy greeting the children and are always very kind and attentive to the needs of the children whether it be needing to close a door behind them, latch a gate, watch out for a cord, or smile at a crying little one. Their service has been invaluable to me. They are in and out in an hour too, which helps us get right back to our day. If the weather is nice, we usually just play outside while the house is being cleaned.

This is the first time I've provided feedback, though the The Maids have been cleaning my home for two years now. On Wednesday morning I had left clean sheets and pillowcases on the bed in the guest room, intending to make up the bed later in the day. "I have been using The Maids since 1997 when I moved to the area. They have proven to be trustworthy and respectful of my home. Compared to a smaller 1-2 person operation, they are on the expensive side, but it is worth it to me because I prefer the fact that a team of 4 people complete the cleaning - and do a great job - in 1.5-2 hours max. I would not like having someone in my house cleaning all day. And because they have many employees working for the company, they NEVER cancel on me due to an emergency, sickness, etc. I also appreciate that they have also been willing to work with me to the extent possible if I have a change in schedule due to vacations, special occasions, etc."

We have Team 2 Lead by Michelle. Funny story, about good sense of humor plus talent. Part of your cleaning includes neatly folding the TP in the bathrooms into a nice point. I was on vacation the previous week and the condo cleaning crew for the unit prepares the TP with a flower shape vs a fold. So I had to bring this home and I left it behind for Team 2 and said game on. Well upon arrival at the house at the end of the day I found all our bathrooms had PERFECT flower way above the quality of the one I left as a sample. I do not expect this as the fold is fine. What I enjoyed was their taking the challenge and have some humor as my wife was home when they entered and she heard them all in a bathroom laughing. Well they were making perfect TP flowers is what they were doing. Thanks to Team 2 and Michelle. GREAT WORK!

They arrive on time, start cleaning as soon as they walk in the door, handle themselves in a professional manner, work well as a team and do a thorough job of cleaning every room. I have recommended them to my neighbor and look forward to their visiting my home again next year.

First of all, I am just thankful I do not have to clean my house myself - so I am more than happy someone else does it! I have used The Maids for about 12-13 years now, and I have always been pleased with the level of cleaning the team does. The one comment I would make is that when they dust or vaccuum, they often will move pictures, knickknacks or area rugs around and put them back in a slightly different spot. I assume they are trained to do this to show that they have dusted, but I would prefer that they don't - I can tell whether or not the area has been dusted without evidence of being there. Thanks!

Very detailed. I also like the added touch of the flowers on the toilet paper and fan shaped tissue in the napkin holders. I appreciate they take the time for the little things. I have had many services before and this team tops them all. I just moved in to a home and really needed a deep clean. I wanted special attention to the baseboards and doors. They did exactly what I needed. There is also someone in the office when I needed them. Excellent. I will use them again!!

We have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Team 8 and Daniella. The ladies are always on time, in clean uniforms, and greet us with smiles when they come through the door. This is a family childcare home, and the daycare children have gotten to know everyone. They announce the ladies are here! when they see the yellow van. The women go about their business of cleaning and are always very aware of where the children are, what gates and doors need to be closed, etc. It has always been a very pleasant experience. With anywhere from 3-10 children in our home on a regular basis, keeping up with them and the regular cleaning became too much. The Maids/Team 8 has enabled me to keep my focus on the children and I couldn't be happier with the results.

i'm 57 i don't like to clean, it takes too long, and i've too many arthritic reasons not to clean. besides they do a better job than i could do in 2 days. they are respectful and nice and arrange my clutter so beautifully. my husband especially likes whatever they use to shine the stainless steel sink.

This is the second time this team cleaned my house. Unlike other previous teams, this team is very attentive in organizing the items as well as cleaning them. I loved how they even made sure my sofa coverup was properly fitted and stretched evenly! I also love the way they organize my kids' items around the room. Their signature rose origami with toiler paper edges and napkins makes me feel like I'm on an expensive cruise ship and being attended to! Great job.

"I have told many people that I have been using The Maids since 1997, so clearly I am happy with the quality of service that I am receiving. The Maids are a little pricey compared to what I know some of my friends/neighbors pay, but to me it is worth it to have a team of 4 people come in and be done in 90-120 minutes, as opposed to 1-2 people being in my home for half the day or more. Also, The Maids are VERY reliable about being on time and consistent, and the few times over the years that I have asked to have a day rearranged, they have been very accommodating, which I appreciate. The ladies conduct themselves very professionally, and I trust them being in my home even when I am not there."
